Fiona Colley
Cllr Fiona Colley is the Chair of the Creation Trust and also the Cabinet Member for Regeneration & Corporate Strategy on Southwark Council. Fiona is responsible for ensuring that regeneration in Southwark delivers for our local communities and is determined to see the Aylesbury regeneration plans made a reality. She has lived in Southwark since 1997 and has has been the Labour councillor for Nunhead Ward since 2002. Prior to her election to Southwark Council she worked in pension fund management. She has a Masters in Economics from Cambridge University and an MSc in Finance from the University of London.
Tracey Bankinson
Tracey Bankinson
Tracey is a resident of the estate who has previously spent 12 years working for a large public company. During this time she was heavily involved in the budget control and analysis of numerous major projects. As well as wanting the best for the area, she is really keen that local children benefit and get more opportunities from the regeneration programme.
Donna Grant
Donna Grant
Donna has lived on the Aylesbury Estate for 40 years, which she says has been the best place to live. She works at InSpire - a local learning, arts and community centre, which she says is the best job in the world. Donna has been on the on the Aylesbury Tenants and Residents Association Board for 13 years, and has found it a very rewarding as well as enjoyable experience. Donna is looking forward to the re-building of the 'new Aylesbury', and in having a part in ensuring local people needs and interests are heard and addressed.
Florence Essien
Florence is a long term resident of the Aylesbury Estate. She is involved with her local Tenants and Residents Association, and was actively involved in the NDC programme, being on the NDC Board, sub-groups, and sitting on project appraisal panels. She is also on the Pembroke House Steering group overseeing which community groups benefit from "free hours" as part of an agreement between Pembroke House and Creation Trust.
Florence is interested in the physical transformation of the estate, and eager to see the demolition and regeneration of the estate take place as soon as possible!

Peta Caine
Peta Caine
Peta is a highly experienced senior manager with extensive experience across the not for profit sector. Specialising in housing and regeneration, she has worked with a variety of Housing Associations, Partnerships, Trusts and Local Authorities, including the London Borough of Southwark. Peta is currently Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee of Southwark PCT and a Board Member for East Homes Housing Association.
Jean Bartlett MBE
Jean Bartlett
Jean is the elected Vice-Chair of Creation Trust, and has lived on the estate most of her life. She is the Chair of the Aylesbury Tenants and Residents Association. Jean is also Vice-Chair of the Aylesbury Steering Group (working with the Council to oversee the redevelopment) and chairs the Re-Housing Sub Group. Jean is the manager of the Tykes Parent and Toddler Group. Childcare is a particular concern of Jean's, as is ensuring that all residents, especially those who are less able to speak up for themselves, get the best deal out of the redevelopment.
Tony Taitte
Tony Taitte
Tony is a resident of the estate and has represented the Wendover Tenant and Residents Association on the NDC Board since its inception. He has been elected Chair of the NDC Board in the past for a period of four years. Tony works as the Premises Manager at Thurlow Lodge Community Hall. He is particularly interested in ensuring that residents from the area's diverse black and minority ethnic communities get their voices heard and facilities built that meet their specific needs.
Abdul Mohamed
Cllr Abdul Mohamed is Southwark council cabinet member for community engagement and equalities. And the chair of Southwark’s Democracy Commission
He has been a resident of Southwark since 1990 and has been Labour Councillor representing the Faraday Ward which includes the Aylesbury estate since May 2002.
He is very passionate in wanting as many local people become active in every field of civic life and local bodies such as the Trust. Abdul started work as an engineer with Cementation of Doncaster and has a BSc. in mining engineering from the University of Leeds. He has also worked in inner city Regeneration and for several years in the large scale transformation of Angell Town Estate in Lambeth.
