Over 50s and Older People's Project 

Another of Creation’s key priorities is to support residents on the estate who are aged over 50. We fund South Pensioners Centre to provide support and opportunities for people over 50 and the older people on the estate. This group is a valued part of the community on the Aylesbury and are diverse in age, ethnicity and life experience.

Soutwark Pensioners Centre ensures that older people are kept informed and involved in the regeneration process. We also support work focused on improving the health and wellbeing and access to services and housing for older peope

We have various schemes to ensure that older people are informed, supported and empowered to fully participate within the community and throughout the process of the redevelopment and change.

We support a range of projects with our partners in the local area, including: grandparents' pampering sessions; a book club; line-dancing; art and creative projects.
