Aims and Objectives
The main aim of Creation is to help transform the Aylesbury Estate into a thriving neighbourhood through delivering social and economic change.

The role of Creation is to look for and develop opportunities for the PEOPLE and PLACE in relation to the Aylesbury Estate
In regard to PEOPLE Creation has 3 key roles:
1. Ensure that the most vulnerable, at risk or isolated residents are supported
2. To provide, in partnership with other organisations, opportunities for residents to improve their health, well being, economic opportunities and education
3. To provide opportunities for residents to play an active part in their communities and support them in leadership and decision making roles and building an inclusive neighbourhood
In regard to PLACE Creation has 7 key objectives:
- Ensure that the views of residents are heard
- Decent homes standards are achieved for later phases of the regeneration programme
- The regeneration process is supported and principles of the Area Action Plan
- Facilities and services are maintained on the estate to support the principles outlined in “PEOPLE” section
- Monitor and help to minimise anti-social behaviour and crime on the estate
- Develop an estate based asset for use by local community groups developing community champions
- Maximize use by Aylesbury residents of NDC investments and improvements to physical environment
